Pavbhaji Masala

DESCRIPTION :

One of the most popular foods across India, Pav Bhaji is eaten prominently in Maharashtra. Pav Bhaji masala is a combination of a few favorite Indian spices mixed into one, resulting in an easy to use blend.

From its humble origins in the by-lanes of Mumbai, it has become a 'must' on menus in 5-STAR restaurants and celebrity weddings. Dished out in the far-flung corners of the country, it has acquired the status of a foremost vegetarian recipe.

RECIPE :

Step 1
Mash the boiled potatoes and green peas lightty in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions in three quarters of the quantity, Fry until ght brown, Add chopped green chilies and ginger garlic paste. Fry for half a minute. Add half chopped tomatoes and cook for thrae to four minutes on medium flame, stirring continuously until the oil separates from Masalas.
Step 2
Add chopped capsicum, mashed peas, potatoes, and cauliflower. Bring it to a bol and boil for ten minutes until all the vegetables are completely soft. Then add Sugran Pavbhaji masala, salt and rest chopped tomatoes. Cook on medium heat for two minutes.
Step 3
Make the butter a little warm in a pan. Cut the bread into two horizontal wedges and put it in the pan for half a minute, press it twice or thrice, so that the Bread becomes crisp and light brown.
Step 4
To serve PavBhaji, along with chopped coriander leaves. overhead butter and together with bread and cumin, chopped onions and lemons wedges.
